Advanced Wealth has a long history which all began with husband and wife Rick and Fiona Gardner.
Rick had worked as a Mortgage Broker on the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane since 2001. In this role he consistently saw the need for his clients to have better financial protection, finance education and the need to set up well managed, structured retirement plans. This gave him the passion to start his own company with his wife Fiona to supply these needs to their clients.
The company Advanced Wealth started with a finance offering which was established in 2005 as People First Financial Services, servicing all areas of financial services on the Sunshine Coast. The Gardner’s also saw the need for a quality service providing development stock and house and land packages for owner occupiers and investors. This resulted in Residential Property Partners (RPP) being established allowing quality products to be delivered direct to clients with personalised service. The two companies worked side by side for 3 years before they were combined under the banner Advanced Wealth in 2010.
