Rick had worked as a Mortgage Broker on the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane since 2001. In this role he consistently saw the need for his clients to have better financial protection, finance education and the need to set up well planned, structured retirement plans.
Rick quickly establishes a rapport with his clients who appreciate his honesty and his ability to explain things in ‘plain English’. Rick provides personalised 'one on one' service at a time and place convenient for his clients

Fiona Gardner
Principal & Licensee
Fiona started in the industry as a broker in 2005 when she created People First Financial Services. Processing mortgages and lending for her clients saw Fiona identify the need for a quality service providing development stock and house and land packages for owner occupiers and investors.
With an excellent relationship with many building contractors and companies in Queensland, she is able to access current stock for new developments in areas best to invest. Fiona works with the owner to produce the best design of the home and the builder through the construction to provide a hassle free experience.
